Hard-boiled eggs in the instant pot are one of my favorite things. They cook up fast and easy every time and peeling them is a breeze.
Here’s how to do it. 1 C. Water, add eggs (as many as you want), seal and set for 5 min. When done do a quick release and put the eggs in cold water. Once cooled, peel and eat.
You just gave my wife a new favorite use for her Instapot. Unfortunately this recipe will also make my house smell like hard boiled eggs. Yuck! 😉

I’m not sure I’ve noticed that smell when cooking them in the instant pot (definitely while cooling in the fridge though).
